Overview

Join Treehouse Therapies as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, comprehensive therapy to children and families. Work with no insurance or financial barriers while enjoying complete clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Schedule
  • 15 visits/week: $50,400 annually
  • 20 visits/week: $73,920 annually
  • 25 visits/week: $100,800 annually
  • 28+ visits/week: $112,896+ annually (Benefit-eligible level) Based on 60‑minute visits with transparent pay structure
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools
  • Develop evidence‑based treatment plans for fine motor, sensory processing, and self‑care skills
  • Provide direct therapy in multiple settings (clinic, home, school, telehealth)
  • Educate and coach families for skill generalization
  • Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Special Opportunity: ASPEN Program

ASPEN is an innovative wraparound program combining OT with mental health therapy and in‑home support. As an ASPEN OT, you will:

  • Co‑treat with mental health therapists in integrated sessions
  • Provide intensive 12‑month interventions with structured milestones
  • Work with underserved families in Central Oregon
  • Help pioneer a new model of pediatric behavioral health
  • Receive specialized training and mentorship
  • Grow into potential leadership roles
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • CPR certification
  • For ASPEN: willingness to work in Sisters, OR and collaborate in co‑treatment model
