Position: Health Center Manager (RN)

Praised for a strong mission, Premise Health’s goal is to help people get, stay, and be well. You’ll support this mission as a full‑time Registered Nurse – Health Center Manager (RN) at our Bend, OR health center.

Hours are Monday‑Friday with variable shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
  • Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically RNs, LPNs, administrators, & technical personnel)
  • Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
  • Monitor patient flow, utilization, and penetration
  • Identify process‑improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and conduct root‑cause analysis
  • Serve as infection‑control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
  • Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolution
  • Maintain patient health records to ensure they are accurate and up‑to‑date
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Current RN license in state of practice (required)
  • Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services)
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
  • 2–3 years of management experience
  • Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
