Job Summary

Vista Counseling is seeking a passionate and experienced therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive and optimistic outlook to their work, with a strong emphasis on promoting positive change, resilience, and hope for the families we serve.

Our practice, founded in 2002, offers a collaborative and professional environment. The role is initially telehealth only, with an eventual in‑person office in Central Oregon.

• Pre‑licensed: $70,886.40 – $
• Licensed Masters: $74,880.00 – $
• Licensed Doctoral Level: $91,728.00 – $

Pay varies by sessions per week (18–30, therapist preference) and years of licensed experience.
