Therapist ! We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors.
All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an ABA Therapist.

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
