Night Auditor; -DOE

We are hiring a part-time Night Auditor.

• You have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality/hotels or resort
• You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree
• You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Give our guests a warm welcome upon arrival
• Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
• Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
• Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
• Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
• Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
• Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
• Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
