Reservations Agent; part time

Receives and converts incoming reservation calls to property into closed sales. Covers all lodging, tee time, spa, food & beverage, and general revenue related inquiries.

• Demonstrate guest‑driven service with upbeat, friendly sense of urgency.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with appropriate options to meet guest needs.
• Ensure accurate booking of reservations, tee times, spa services, and dining.
• Operate all reservation and booking systems (Springer Miller, TOCK, Navis Narrowcast, Jonas, Open Tables, Alice, EZlinks, Revinate, Expedia Partner Central).
• Maintain records of all transactions and reservations.
• Arrange and confirm recreation, business and dining activities inside and outside the resort.
• Provide accurate information on directions, car rentals, transport, airlines.
• Assist members and guests with package questions or charges.
• Upsell where appropriate.
• Know all resort services, functions, events, central Oregon activities and golf courses.
• Know vacation rental units, Juniper Lodge and features.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of reservation area.
• Perform clerical duties: mailing, faxing, message taking, typing, emails.
• Manage workflow effectively, organized, timely.
• Assist Front Desk when needed.
• Handle fraction and whole ownership booking processes and tracking.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prepare and update reports as assigned by Reservations Manager.
• Perform other tasks within scope of reservations.

• Resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Attend staff meetings with Reservations Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain a clean, neat work environment.
• Incorporate safe work practices.
• Be reliable, maintain regular attendance.
• Maintain professional standards at Juniper Preserve: appearance, interaction, communication, no gossip about guests.
• Maintain positive attitude, flexible to new tasks.

• Associate’s degree (AA) or six months to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• English reading and speaking proficiency required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google applications.
• Knowledge of Springer Miller or other reservation software.
• Hotel, Resort or Golf Club related operations and sales experience.

• Read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions, decimals, percentages.
• Compute rates, ratios, percent; interpret bar graphs.
• Apply probability, predictability, deductions; practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing; interpret technical instructions.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions.
• Previous experience at a high‑end luxury golf community and resort.
