Lodge Services is a detail-oriented, hardworking position. The Cleaning Specialist performs custodial and maintenance duties in lodges and around mountain facilities; troubleshoots, responds to emergency calls for service; implements setup and possibly takedown for a wide variety of mountain and community events; works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations.

** Job Scope
** In addition to our wilderness environment, we want to provide an environment of cleanliness at the resort.  The Lodge Service staff are responsible for the cleanliness of the resort and are front-line representatives of Mt. Bachelor, given the nature of working in multiple locations across the resort. They have the opportunity to help and answer guest questions.

** Current and valid driver’s license preferred.

** Able to lift at least 25 lbs alone, 50lbs with help, and remain on feet all day
** Education/Related Experience**
* ** Minimum education required:
** High school diploma or equivalent experience
* ** Minimum time in related position:
** Cleaning experience preferred
** Current Hiring Rate:** $19/hour
** Minimum Age Requirement:
** 18+You are expected to complete all your job duties and take the initiative to clean anything that requires your attention.
