Responsibilities:

• - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• - Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred
• - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (e.g. kegs)
• - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
