* Administer and support core business systems, user accounts, access controls, devices, and collaboration platforms used across remote teams
* Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate timely resolution for recurring or business-critical problems
* Maintain documentation for environments, permissions, support procedures, and continuity-related technical workflows
* Improve security hygiene through practical controls such as access reviews, device standards, update practices, and backup checks
* Partner with leadership and operations stakeholders to keep internal tools stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs## Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or infrastructure support roles
* Hands-on experience with cloud-based business systems, identity and access management, endpoint support, and SaaS administration
* Working knowledge of security best practices, backup procedures, device lifecycle management, and troubleshooting workflows
* Ability to document environments, resolve issues methodically, and communicate clearly with non-technical users in a remote setting
* Comfort prioritizing reliability, access control, and practical support needs across a distributed operation
