** Position Summary (What you’ll do!)
** You'll work alongside experienced technology professionals to support the systems and infrastructure that keep the resort operating smoothly.
** Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
*** Provide technical support for resort employees across Guest Services, Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Retail, Food & Beverage, Lodging, and Administration.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
* Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
* Support Wi-Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting across resort facilities.
* Assist with point-of-sale systems used in retail, rental, ticketing, and food and beverage operations.
* Help maintain technology inventory, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle records.
* Assist with user onboarding, account provisioning, and device setup.
* Support endpoint management initiatives using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
* Participate in seasonal technology deployments and winter operations readiness projects.
* Support conference rooms, digital signage, guest-facing systems, and business applications.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and support teams on technology initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

*** Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 products.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
