BBK seeks an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of real estate litigation experience and a strong interest in public sector and commercial real estate work. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients—public agencies, private property owners, or businesses—in disputes involving real property rights and interests. This attorney will join a team that handles a wide range of matters including:

• Breach of lease and rent disputes
• Unlawful detainer (UD) actions
• Easement and boundary disputes
• Quiet title actions
• Title insurance and foreclosure‑related litigation
• Premises liability and habitability claims involving property owners and management companies

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 5 or more-th years of experience is $137,000 - $195,000.utm The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and da experience.
