We have an immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience. Experience with representing municipalities and public entities in personal injury and tort matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence claims, is preferred. The associate will handle cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and depositions, and appearing in court for conferences, hearings, and trials as needed.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position with 3 or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
