Gray Construction is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Portland, OR Team.

Qualifications
- Responsible for the overall management of one $75MM + or an individual project with a high level of complexity or multiple construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
- Must have experience in all contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical publications, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
- Must have basic business mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or other forms.
