The Role:
Operating Partner

As the Operating Partner, you will lead Mountain Burger’s day-to-day operations while laying groundwork for scaling the business. You’ll be a visionary leader and hands-on operator, ensuring operational excellence and preparing the brand for future market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine systems and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and scalability.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Optimize operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability while maintaining our commitment to sustainability.
• Partner with the ownership group to create and execute strategies for growth, expansion, and brand development.
• Champion Mountain Burger’s mission and values, fostering a culture of community connection, sustainability, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  Multi-unit restaurant management experience (e.g., General Manager or Regional Manager) in a fast-casual or full-service setting.
• Systems-Oriented Leader:
  Proven ability to implement and manage systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• People-First Mentality:
  Track record of growing and developing high-performing teams.
