• Position: General Manager
• Reporting to: President
• Salary: $70,000 base, with profit‑based bonus potential over $90,000
• Benefits: Paid Health insurance, Company Vehicle

• Lead all aspects of company operations including HR, sales, scheduling, and more.
• Manage a team of 3-5 full‑time and 1-3 part‑time employees, targeting expansion.
• Oversee daily operations, crew setups, client interactions, and job site standards.
• Drive financial success and brand growth of the company.

• In this versatile role, expect to handle diverse responsibilities from cold‑calling to equipment repair, from high‑level strategy to on‑site demolition work.
• Supported by a personal assistant, bookkeeper, financial analyst, and the President.
• A key player in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

• Proven management experience in the construction industry.
