The Project Manager oversees project direction, completion, and financial outcomes, managing owner and subcontractor relationships. Responsibilities include leading on-site staff, demonstrating leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication.

• 3+ years proven track record of client satisfaction
• 3+ years delivering projects on time
• 3+ years maintaining or exceeding profit targets
• 3+ years fostering a safety culture
• 3+ years developing quality assurance and control culture
• 3+ years managing subcontractor relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or 8 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
