This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
  • Manufacture clinical trial material sin accordance with approved GMP procedures and quality standards.
  • Operate, clean, troubleshoot, andmaintainpharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Serve as an equipment owner and support equipment lifecycle, qualification, and maintenance activities.
  • Support technology transfer, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyze manufacturing data andprovidetechnical insights to support project objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, including procedures, reports, and training materials.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment toaccuratedocumentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
