This is a full-time, on‑site Production Assistant role based in Bend, OR. The Production Assistant supports day‑to‑day production activities, including processing loans, organizing schedules, and assisting with most loan activities. The role involves monitoring process flow, performing basic quality checks, and reporting issues to supervisors to help maintain production efficiency and standards.

• Strong Production Assistance skills, including organizing tasks, supporting workflows, and following established procedures.
• Customer Service skills for responding to inquiries, providing updates, and supporting a positive experience for customers.
• Editing skills for reviewing labels, documentation, or basic written materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Demonstrated Teamwork skills, including collaborating with colleagues, communicating clearly, and contributing to a respectful work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in meeting schedules.
• Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but adjacent experience will be considered
