As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you'll support high-quality fabrication and welding processes. You'll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to deliver excellent products while maintaining safety and efficiency.

As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Perform TIG welding according to blueprints, drawings, and specific instructions, working with stainless steel and aluminum
• Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Record production data, including quantities produced, scrap rates, and manufacturing issues
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Hands-on experience with TIG welding
• A basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and technical drawings
