Overview

Join a dedicated NICU team at a Level III facility in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Responsibilities

Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide compassionate, family-centered care for both term and preterm infants.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
Enjoy flexible 24/7 coverage with day and night shifts, structured handoffs, and no formal call requirements.
Bring at least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting and strong procedural skills.
