American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab/EP RN with IR experience and OR RN licensure for a 13-week day shift assignment.

• Work in the hospital's Cath Lab unit
• Patient census of 10 with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
• On-call required 1-2 weeknights and one weekend every 4 weeks
• No floating required outside of scope
• Perform diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring
• Perform neuro-intervention, vascular, and structured heart exams
• Perform conscious sedation on adults per facility policies and guidelines
• Perform diagnostic hemodynamic monitoring and non-invasive diagnostic procedures to assess the cardiovascular system
• Assist in recovery of Cath Lab patients in SSU or PACU as needed
• Uses Philips imaging systems and Abbott Claris equipment
• Epic charting system preferred

• Active OR RN license required (pending license accepted, can apply for temp)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• IR experience required
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, left and right heart catheterization, and Swan-Ganz monitoring preferred
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring preferred
• Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias preferred
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Charge RN experience preferred

• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
• RTO restricted to 7 days
• Candidates with Epic experience are strongly preferred for this specialty
