Responsibilities
  • Act as the operational heart of the physical rehabilitation service, managing appointment flow and ensuring timely, effective treatments.
  • Support the veterinarian by managing the schedule, anticipating equipment and setup needs, and flagging emerging priorities.
  • Triage medical situations, follow directives, and maintain calm and organization in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Remain calm, organized, and communicate clearly to ensure seamless experiences for patients, pet parents, and clinicians.
Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience in a veterinary physical rehabilitation clinic preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage appointment flow and triage tasks efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and dedication to patient welfare.
