Our fine dining, busy restaurant, that includes a wine club (Sommelier on staff), is in need of a fine dining, detail and service oriented
, General Manager.
Must have several years of General Manager experience in a fine dining, high volume RESTAURANT
. Experience in operations known for outstanding service and structure and the ability to train and teach a very eager staff is required. Must understand some restaurant tech programs as well as P&L, food costs, labor costs and have a warm, welcoming sense of hospitality and positive vibe.
Employee's health insurance is 100% paid by owner. Plans for expansion in about 24 months. Base salary is up to $120,000 plus bonus and an opportunity for equity.
