As a Budtender at Oregon Euphorics, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer has a positive and informed experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining compliance with OLCC regulations, ensuring all procedures are followed to the letter.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Collaborating with team members and following directions to support daily operations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow directions effectively.
• Flexibility in your schedule, with the willingness to be called in on short notice.
• A strong understanding of OLCC compliance or the ability to quickly learn and adhere to these regulations.
