Account Executive – New Business Development | Bend, OR

Glas Weld is an industry-leading manufacturer of professional glass-repair tools, proudly based in Bend, Oregon. For over 40 years, we’ve designed, manufactured, and distributed high-quality tools to customers worldwide. We’re a small, family-owned company with a global footprint and a reputation built on performance, innovation, and long-term success.

We are seeking a New Business Account Executive whose sole focus is acquiring new customers within an assigned territory. This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, closing new opportunities, and being measured by results.

This position is not account management
. Success is defined by new customer acquisition, consistent activity, and closed business.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business within an assigned territory
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify new opportunities
  • Confidently present products and control the sales process
  • Handle objections and close new accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven hunter mentality and competitive drive
  • Comfort with phone-based outbound sales
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient, disciplined, and goal‑oriented
  • Coachable mindset and desire to improve

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who brings the right attitude, energy, and work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits
  • OTE: $80,000–$120,000+ with uncapped commission. This is a new‑business‑only role, with on‑target production defined as 20–30 new kits per month.
