Overview
Sales Support Lead – Part Time position provides operational and administrative support that enables Account Executives to focus on sales prospecting and client development. This position is located in Bend, Oregon.
Responsibilities- Enter insertion and production orders into the appropriate Traffic & Billing systems from various sources (Email, Pilot, WOMS, Katz, Ampersand) ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide sales reports such as weekly pre‑ and post‑logs for clients when requested.
- Support national sales efforts through order entry, make‑good reconciliation, and general administrative functions.
- Print client invoices and account statements to PDF, distribute via email, and maintain the master email list.
- Submit payment requests to the payment center, monitor billing email for questions, and respond appropriately.
- Complete the pre‑billing process to help prevent billing errors.
- Create and maintain sales and business intelligence reports and customer databases, including updating TV inventory for rate card creation and creating new clients in all software systems.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking sports and other high‑profile programming.
- Partner with management to create impactful, high‑profile sales packages tailored for strategic opportunities and key clients.
- Associate’s degree (or higher) – or – 2+ years of professional work experience.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with visual media and graphic design.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- Prior experience in the broadcast/television industry (and/or ad sales) desired.
- Self‑motivated and able to think strategically and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a cross‑functional environment, influencing stakeholders while meeting tight time frames and deadlines.
- Effective communicator with all levels in the organization as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects concurrently.
- Experience with or an understanding of digital advertising platforms.

Pay TransparencyListed pay range: $19.43/Hr. – $29.15/Hr. Actual offers will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and role‑specific competencies.
