Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This outside‑sales position focuses on growing new equipment orders and service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products.
Responsibilities: Grow existing accounts, prospect and secure new customers, and introduce new products to the territory.
This position covers Eugene, Bend, and surrounding territories.
Compensation: Hiring range $70,000‑100,000 per year based on a 40‑hour work week. Base pay will consider internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included, along with benefits: medical, dental, life, and vision insurance; disability; 401(k); profit sharing; and PTO/vacation.
Required Experience: 4‑year degree and minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; strong relationship‑building ability; good mechanical aptitude; knowledge of territory and customer base; ability to develop a solid territory business plan and cover the territory daily.
