We’re looking for an experienced C# engineer who builds high‑quality Windows applications and enjoys end‑to‑end ownership.

• Build a state‑of‑the‑art CRM Windows application using C#,
  WPF
  , WinUI
  , MVVM design principles, and SQLite
  .
• Work in an agile, small team environment.
• Diagnose and debug issues in production and development environments.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define and develop functionality.
• Mentor junior developers.

• 5+ years of experience with object‑oriented design and implementation using C#.
• Proven ability to write clean, testable, readable code in a team environment.
• 5+ years of experience developing Windows applications with WPF and XAML design.
• Hands‑on experience with WinUI
  , MVVM design principles, and SQLite.
• Experience with Windows UI design patterns and standards.
• Demonstrated mentorship of team members.
• High work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Base pay: $110,000 – $270,000.
