As the Technical Architect - Front End you will define and shape how front‑end developers implement the UI functionality that is used by tens of thousands of people every day. You will drive the technical direction, define best practices, implement development patterns, and be an advisor/mentor to developers. Your mission will be to innovate our cloud software that is used by customers to speed up the innovation and delivery of critical treatments and medicines to patients around the globe.

• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
• Collaborate with the platform team to design, implement, and enhance components used across several application areas
• Define the framework to efficiently and effectively share code and components between teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your peers
• Design and implement pattern libraries and style guides that enforce best practices and coding standards
• Lead code reviews to ensure code quality

• 10+ years of relevant front-end experience including full-stack development
• Experience defining and implementing a framework to scale across multiple enterprise web applications
• Experience working with a modern JavaScript framework, HTML, CSS abstractions
• Strong advocate of industry best practices and development principles
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and a proven critical thinker
• Strong mentorship record that improves team performance
• Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States; no sponsorship
• Very strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem is preferred
• Must be in the PST or MST time zone

• Base pay: $180,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here serves as a potential base salary range, but actual salaries may vary within the range depending on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for other compensation such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
