Analyst Programmer at Oregon State University

This recruitment will be used to fill one part‑time Analyst Programmer, competency level 3, position for the School of Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering at Oregon State University (OSU).

This position supports research on scientific programs involving technology development for people with type 1 diabetes, with potential projects including:

• Developing new software programs that run on smart phones and desktop computers.
• Developing new software programs that run on cloud servers (e.g. Amazon Web Services).

The position requires skills for the development of software on phones and on cloud‑based servers. This position requires skills in software development on Android phones including Kotlin and Java. This position requires skills in software development on Apple iOS phones including Swift. Experience in computational diabetes, signal processing, machine learning is a plus.
