Night Warehouse Order Selector – Columbia Distributing – Bend, Oregon, United States. Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 plus incentive pay.

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position’s success.

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking, including picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team‑oriented behavior with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers consistent with the Company’s Core Values at all times

This is a full‑time position; days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary.

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
• Experience using a pallet jack
• High school diploma or GED

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
