A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Coeducational Comprehensive Secondary School & Sixth Form in Essex.
This Cover Supervisor position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing pupil behaviour in line with the schools policies
- Ensuring students complete their work
- Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupils behaviour
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will be between £85.50 to £115 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The SchoolA Mixed Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in Benfleet.
It was established in 1965 and there are currently 1600 pupils on enrolment.
Pupils arrive on site at 8:25am and the last period is at 3:15pm.
Students have been praised by inspectors for their 'positive attitudes to learning' and willingness to 'help and support younger pupils'.
RequirementsYou're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.
Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
- Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK Secondary schools
