As an Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
• Manage leads provided whilst also being encouraged and supported to generate your own business
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Deliver compliant, high-quality advice aligned with Quilter standards

• Basic salary of £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
• Flexibility to build your own client bank and brand
• Ongoing training, development, and career progression

• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Self-motivated with strong business development skills
• Comfortable generating your own leads alongside company support
• Be comfortable working in an office environment
