Recruitment Resourcer - Delivery Consultant

Salary:£27,000 - £37,000 basic + commission

An established Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R) search agency with a strong international client base is hiring a Delivery Consultant to support growth across the UK, Europe, and US markets, working exclusively on (permanent) recruitment assignments.

This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who values structured processes, quality candidate engagement, and consistent delivery, rather than business development.

Working closely with senior consultants, you will deliver against international R2R search mandates, supporting recruitment agencies globally.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and engaging recruitment professionals for (permanent) roles
• Managing candidates through end-to-end interview and offer processes across multiple time zones
• Conducting structured qualification and screening interviews
• Supporting retained and exclusive search assignments
• Talent mapping and proactive search activity across UK, Europe, and the US
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipelines, and documentation
• Working within clearly defined quality processes to ensure high standards, consistency, and compliance
• Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout

• Previous recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
• Strong delivery and sourcing capability
• Confident, professional communication style
• Highly organised and comfortable following structured recruitment processes
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter and job boards
• R2R, international, or US market exposure is advantageous but not essential

• £27,000 - £37,000 basic salary, depending on experience
