A highly respected independent estate agency in the Benfleet area is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful and close-knit team.
This is a prime opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role:As the successful Sales Valuer, you will be at the forefront of the business, generating valuation leads, attending appointments, and converting opportunities into new instructions. You’ll be supported with a strong flow of pre-booked valuations, allowing you to focus on what you do best: listing and winning business.
Our client is offering the successful Valuer:- Basic of upto £28,000 (depending on experience)
- £35,000 OTE
- Strong commission structure
- Career progression
- 5-day working week
- Ongoing training & support
- Full diary of valuations
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing
- Local knowledge would be advantageous
- Highly driven and motivated
- Well presented with a confident manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
