Ponder Environmental Services is seeking an Environmental Field Supervisor to oversee daily field activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and training excellence.

• Supervise, mentor, and train field operations personnel and lead technicians.
• Coordinate and direct on‑site activities, including clean‑up crews and equipment operations.
• Operate and maintain field equipment, including heavy machinery and forklifts.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of field systems and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, permits, and company policies.
• Accurately complete company and customer documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, operations, dispatch, and crew members.
• Travel and overtime may be required.

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant field experience in environmental, construction, or industrial operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of construction, pumping systems, confined space entry, and chemical handling.
• Experience with heavy equipment, respiratory protection, and PPE usage.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Valid California Driver’s License and a clean DMV.
• 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification required.
• TWIC Card.
• HAZMAT Certification.
• 40‑Hour HAZWOPER with current 8‑hour refresher.
• Confined Space Entry & Rescue.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.

• Hourly Rate Range: $36.00 - $45.00.
