Warehouse Fabricator and Fulfillment Supervisor

We are a small family owned business. This job allows you to wear multiple hats and handle a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to production, sales, customer service, and inventory management. We understand that this may seem like a lot but please know that on hand training will be provided.

Some of the responsibilities that you will be asked to handle include but are not limited to:

• Safely use tools to cut, shape, connect, and form metal. On hand training will be provided.
• We fabricate roof access ladders for the construction industry and will ask you to help lead our fabrication process.
• Produce sales gains by generating leads, providing customer service and following up with sales quotes.
• Use Microsoft and other computer applications to generate sales orders, packing slips, purchase orders, quotations, and more.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for use in selling, merchandising, and providing customer feedback as requested.
• Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory including receiving, transferring, completing price changes and conducting product counts.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Lift up to 75lbs.
• Process shipments: create bill of lading's, scheduling pick up appointments, and preparing products for freight shipments. This includes boxing and palletizing items.
• Manage warehouse inventory by performing weekly checks, quarterly counts, and year end reviews.
• Other duties as assigned
