Title:
Residential Plumbing Installer – Oak Plumbing – Benicia, CA. Salary: $25–$35 per hour. Industry: Residential Plumbing. Join our team of skilled installers dedicated to quality workmanship.
- Install and replace residential drain systems, including whole‑house repipes.
- Replace in‑home and exterior water lines, as well as underground drain systems.
- Install tank and tankless water heaters and water filter systems.
- Diagnose, plan, and complete plumbing installations independently.
- Run lines and layout other installers’ work.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience in residential settings.
- Skilled in drain and water line replacement, including underground piping.
- Ability to work independently with high level of independence.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday (some weekend availability). Based in Benicia, CA and work performed across various residential locations in the Bay Area.
