Job Description

As a Warehouse Team Member at Found Rental Co., you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and organization of our rental inventory. You will be responsible for pulling, prepping, and protecting equipment for deliveries while ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently. A strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding the company’s standards are essential for success in this role.

• Execute daily warehouse operations and assigned department tasks
• Follow and maintain the ready-to-rent and material handling procedures
• Conduct 6S audits to ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and California state labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks
• Keep aisles and exits clear of obstructions to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor and maintain the quality of inventory to uphold company standards
• Pick, pull, and pack rental orders accurately
• Identify and report any inventory in need of repair or cleaning to the Warehouse Lead
• Maintain open communication with the Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth shifts
• Assist with delivery and pickup duties as assigned
