Position
The City of Bennettsville has an opening for Certified Police Officers
.
- High school graduation or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Police experience is preferred.
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
- Respond to emergency police situations.
- Drive or walk to observe illegal or suspicious activities.
- Perform community-oriented proactive law enforcement work involving a variety of general or support duty police assignments.
Starting salary: $38,272.00 per year ($18.40 per hour). Eligible for a $3,500 sign‑on bonus.
