Physical Therapist PRN

The Physical Therapist screens, evaluates, and treats patients/residents, documents services, and communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members while facilitating optimization of patient/resident mobility and activities of daily living.

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.

• Provides professional Physical Therapy services.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly.
• Maintains adequate and up-to-date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services, and setting-specific clinical and regulatory practices.
• Complies with facility policies and procedures.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants, therapy aides, and therapy students as needed.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must have one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred).
• Must have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the facility-specific state.
• Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
• Reliable transportation required.
