What You'll Be Doing Lead and oversee maintenance activities for fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity.

Work Environment This role operates primarily in an aggregate plant setting with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying weather. Safety protocols and personal protective equipment are essential.
