Batcher; 2nd Shift

Position: Batcher (2nd Shift)
Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bennettsville, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager  
** 2nd shift Batcher
** to join their growing team!

The  
** batcher
* * will be responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes and production procedures in a manufacturing environment.

** Responsibilities & Duties:*
* + Operate and set controls on blending equipment

+ Monitor raw materials

+ Check product consistency and batch paperwork

+ Assemble and disassemble mixers, pipes, and pumps

+ Transport ingredients using an electric pallet jack

+ Set up blending lines

+ Clean equipment and work areas between production runs

** Skills & Proficiencies:*
* + High school diploma or GED, basic math skills

+ Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures

+ Must be able to stand for extended periods, push heavy buggies, and lift up to 60 pounds overhead

+ Work environment may include exposure to heat, steam, cold, and spices

+ Employees must follow all safety, food allergen control, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

Pay rate for this position is $13.84 an hour.

This position is predominantly

** Pay Details:**  $13.84 per hour
