At VPI, we create safe, supportive environments for youth and families. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping brighter futures.

• Follow nightly instructions from the building supervisor.
• Conduct regular room checks (every 10 minutes).
• Provide comfort and support to youth who are awake.
• Maintain building security.
• Complete shift documentation, light cleaning, laundry, and other duties.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate promptly with the Night Awake Supervisor.
• Uphold confidentiality and company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 21 or older.
• Prefer 2+ years’ experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the shift.
