Abacus is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting custom machines and equipment, preparing detailed quote documents, developing budget sheets, and creating conceptual machine layout sketches. We are looking for someone with strong engineering aptitude and a proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement.

• Research and prepare custom equipment quotes
• Develop and maintain accurate budget sheets
• Create conceptual layout sketches for proposed solutions
• Work collaboratively with engineering and project management teams
• Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in custom automation or industrial equipment
• Secondary education in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience with Solid Edge or Solid Works CAD software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
