The LPN or Medical Assistant in the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized, goal‑directed, nursing‑process based care and services to patients.

• LPN Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prior clinical nursing experience required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire. Starting base rate $23.00 per hour.
• Medical Assistant Requirements: Graduation from a Medical Assistant program and/or equivalent work experience as a Medical Assistant required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment. Starting base rate $20.00 per hour.
