Location: Bennington, VT 05201
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $38/hr
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Shift: AM Shift | 8.5 Hours
Remote Work: No
Position OverviewBennington Care Center is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN experienced in long-term care or rehabilitation settings who can work independently while supporting resident care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or provider.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
- Active LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.
- No holiday RTO required.
