Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Bennington, Vermont. We welcome qualified candidates from Vermont, New York, and Massachusetts and can provide guidance with Vermont license transfers.

• $25 per hour

As an LNA, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care

• Support nursing staff with daily clinical tasks

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence

• Active Vermont LNA License

OR

• Eligible for Vermont licensure

• NY and MA candidates are encouraged to apply, with support available for license transfer

• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
