Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen and dining operations in a long‑term care facility. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, and providing excellent resident and guest service.

As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and organized environment for residents, staff, and guests. Your commitment to excellence will positively impact the communities we serve.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Sanitize equipment, workstations, and dining areas to support a safe working environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Current Serv Safe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.
