Job Duties
  • Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week—reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: 4-5 hours per week—digging into the information the client provided to customize options for death or disability scenarios.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week—meeting with clients either virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week—following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commissions as a New Agent

Commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per client. Our expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k) s and IRAs) from market losses.

We provide extensive training on these products. Uncapped commissions, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available based on individual and team results.
